ATMC Trading Halt

AlphaTime disclosed that Nasdaq suspended its securities on January 7 after they had not traded since December 9, and would delist them because the SPAC exceeded the permitted three-year period; the company intended to seek OTC quotation.

Nasdaq announced that it would delist ATMC's ordinary shares, warrants, units, and rights.

Nasdaq filed Form 25 to remove ATMC's ordinary shares, units, warrants, and rights from listing, with removal scheduled for January 26.

AlphaTime's preliminary proxy said the securities were delisted, had not traded since December 9, and might later seek OTC quotation.
