INHD Trading Halt

Nasdaq halted INHD at 17:18:58 ET while requesting additional information from the company.

Inno formed an independent special committee to review the unusual trading activity and said it knew of no undisclosed corporate development that explained it.

Inno said it was responding to Nasdaq requests received since June 9 and disclosed a June 25 temporary restraining order in a separate court matter.

Inno filed a follow-up stating that a magistrate judge's recommendation said no temporary restraining order was then in place.
