MCTA Trading Halt

After the SEC suspension expired, Nasdaq said MCTA would remain halted while it requested additional information.

The company said Nasdaq announced a continuing halt on November 26 and that it had answered the requests then received.

Charming Medical said Nasdaq's halt remained in place pending responses to information requests and disclosed a related securities class action.

The company announced governance changes intended to address listing concerns and said there was still no assurance when or whether trading would resume.
